Features a dramatic architectural upturned brim adorned with dimensional floral lace appliqué and sparkling rhinestone accents throughout. A stunning statement piece for weddings, church, Kentucky Derby, Ascot, tea parties, mother of the bride, or vintage fashion collections. Excellent vintage condition. The felt retains its beautiful shape, and the lace appliqué and rhinestone embellishments remain vibrant overall.
