Vintage 50-60s Christian Dior Chapeaux Paris-new York Yellow 。Beautiful vintage Christian Dior Chapeaux Paris–New York draped tulle headpiece / turban-style hat. Soft brown/taupe tulle is artfully gathered and draped, finished with a striking band of iridescent sequins and beads formed into leaf shapes. The sequins catch the light beautifully with rainbow flashes. Authentic Christian Dior Chapeaux Paris–New York label is present (see close-up photos). This is from Dior’s licensed American millinery line, typically dating to the 1950s–1960s. Family provenance: This belonged to my great-aunt, who wore it for cabaret performances. A special piece with real history. Condition: Overall very good vintage condition. Tulle is intact with no major tears. Sequins and beads are secure and sparkling. The label shows some age-related discoloration/staining (common with these). No strong odors. Please review all photos carefully as they are part of the description. This is a soft, flexible style that sits on the head rather than a rigid structured hat. Great for special occasions, photoshoots, costume, or collectors of mid-century designer millinery. Measurements available upon request — happy to measure specific dimensions for you. Smoke-free home. Ships carefully packed. Feel free to make an offer or ask any questions!
