At the sides and back there are large bows made of navy felt. There is a beautiful large navy spider veil attached. There is also an elastic band attached to the inside of the hat to keep it in place. Quite a stunning look! There is no label, indicating it was a custom-made creation. This is an authentic piece of fashion history! This hat is in wonderful vintage condition & has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years.
