The split almond shaped toe adds a bit of flair and sleekness and this shoe is formal enough for many business or semi formal settings as well as more casual attire. They have a 360 degree Goodyear welt so are fully re-sole able. Shoes are in good used condition. There is quite of bit of wear on the right heel, but the soles are in very good shape with plenty of life left. They actually have a double sole which makes them extra durable. The Walton is my favorite AE model and I own several, a few of which I am selling along with this pair. I have been working from home for the past 7 years so I really do not need to keep so many. I believe it has been discontinued. They have always been stored with shoe trees and maintained with Saphir products. The shoe trees are not included, but I can throw in a couple of AE cotton flannel shoe bags. Check back often to see other items being added for sale.
