It is made out of velvet that has a totally unique colorway depending on the lighting. I would say the colorway is between a blue and a purple. This is a large hat please see the pictures for measurements. It reminds me of the hat in Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory! In gently used vintage pre-owned condition. There is one spot under the brim of the hat where the is supposed to be a hair comb attached. This has broken off and I do not have the matching comb.
